I recently had my boiler serviced (ariston eurocombi) and was advised that the pipes we curretly have are too small (15mm). The engineer suggested that I have it all ripped out and replaced with 22mm. He says that the boiler is currenly inefficient, and did not class it as SAFE in his report...

My ariston eurocombi boiler has started to make a whining noise for about 10 minutes each time the CH fires up. Once it has been on for 10 mins or so, the noise stops, but it is still a little disturbing. Any ideas for an easy fix, or is this another expensive call out? Many many thanks
