I hope to get help and feedback on the work we are doing to the house we are about to buy. It is a project in that it is stuck in the 70s. Lots of awful things to rip out and replace and some serious maintenance work needed. But the most beautiful location, surrounded by mature trees and huge lawns inthe centre of its 2 acre plot. With a little bit of woodland and a quarter mile drive through trees and rhodedendrons. It will be worth the work and expense. Just wish we could do it all at once, but the cost will mean we have to do it a bit at a time - I am woried that we go over new work doing it this way and have to do things twice - the planning will need to be careful.
