tricky job.whatever you use cover the mirror in masking tape first for safety.
i,d try slowly tapping carefully behind the mirror using a hammer and a blade ,like that of a wood saw.
you,ll need someone on hand to catch the mirror.
you can easily fix this yourself.
in the loft you,ll see a small expansion tank. inside is a plastic ball fixed on a metal arm.
carefully bend the metal arm a little so that the ball sits slightly lower down in the tank.
watch the water refill.
if it doesn,t refill up to the overflow pipe...

to rectify this you,d have to scratch out all the grout and put new grout down.BIG JOB!
i,m in the building trade and, come to think of it, floor grout always seems to be grey.
doesn,t mean it doesn,t come in white though.
although not impossible this is tricky. the pro,s use a trim to cover the edge of the treads.even then you,d have to cut the nosing of each step to square them of.

put your first hanger 900mm of the wall then they should be a max of 1200 apart, both ways .600mm if your going...
if it is a straight forward barrel lock it is easy .undo the screws and remove the latch from the back of the door.unscrew the 2 screws that hold the lock barrel in place. replacement is the reverse.
