Worcester T45 Digistat + Drayton SCR

After speaking with Drayton tech support it seems T45 isn't the model number for this unit, it's part # is 7 716 192 004 0. It will work though as the receiver is an ISS 2 (issue 2) so the frequency is 433mhz.

New Water supply pipe main to house

Thanks Bolshy, I'd looked at that one and anglian waters very similar page. I was hoping to find it in the regs so I would know what thickness to use (my local plumbers merchant stocks tubolit 25x19 @ under £2 a meter but the next size up is 28x25 and is closer to £7.50 a meter. In the...

New Water supply pipe main to house

We are in the process of swapping out our lead pipe. (waiting on Yorkshire Water) We've been told they are only responsible for their main and communication pipes/connections, the supply pipe is the responsibility of the home-owner so you're lucky they are offering some towards it. I've...

How to drain my boiler? (pics included)

DHW = direct hot water CH = central heating You're problem could be attributed to a few issues so it's best to have someone who knows what they are doing troubleshooting on site.

So you have DHW problems too. I suggest a decent service engineer looks at this.

Might also be worth noting that constantly topping up a sealed system may have done some damage over time as you're introducing more air into the system. May need fresh water and inhibitor or even flushing out first.

How to drain my boiler? (pics included)

I suggested one as it's easiest but will be slower.

When facing the boiler the far left hand 22mm pipe is the return feed, follow this and you should have a drainoff tap close to the elbow (looks to be the lowest red circle on the right)

Replacing lead supply pipe; does boiler need adjustment?

Jeez, you would think I was asking where to buy tartan paint on the painting and decorating forum. Was it really that much of a daft question?

Replacing lead supply pipe; does boiler need adjustment?

We are replacing the old lead supply pipe and wonder if doing so would require any adjustment of a combi? other than maybe upping the hot water slightly to maintain temp of the increased flow rate?

Worcester T45 Digistat + Drayton SCR

Right, only I cannot see how that thread is relevant to my question but okay.... When I said decent installer I also meant Intergas P5. None in Harrogate sadly.

Worcester T45 Digistat + Drayton SCR

Only thing I can find through the search with a recent date is //www.diynot.com/forums/plumbing/worcester-combi-boiler-radiator-problems-drayton-digistat.352357/ where the OP was having issues with connectivity. Mind linking the relevant thread Tony? I like how low profile the...

Worcester T45 Digistat + Drayton SCR

I'm looking to save some dosh on new heating controls by making use of existing set if at all possible. Trouble is I'm unsure if WB made any changes other than sticking their name on the front of this Drayton unit. The receiver on the old boiler is connected directly to the PCB with a small...

W/B 26CDI XTRA, Hurrendous noise, air flow fault.

Well he was right, the flue elbow has a hole like a coin slot in it. I think I'm stuck with two options now. 1. Help Link, or 2. Get someone in to cap off the gas so I can remove the old combi. Stick new combi + bits on credit card and pay for install.
