Pretty much sorted now- that is I haven't had one person suggest that the plastic pipe was correctly installed.
All done and dusted as far as I am concerned.

In my OP TITLE, I detailed the make and model. Pics attached. The stuff on top of the boiler is there to stop the cold air from the loft blowing into the room- it does not normally sit there!

Seems to be gathering momentum. Now I have the wrong boiler? I think they said (Warmfront) that there was no option to fit a condenser, size/positioning limitations, etc.
