Thanks for getting back to me I will have someone come over tonight and check out what you pointed out.

Just installed a 9.5kw electric shower and used existing wiring from 8.5kw, the shower tripped intially but seems to be working okay now. I check the amp 45 and it is correct, Im not sure if the wiring was 10mm2, and there is a RCB under the staircase Im assuming its okay. Im a bit concerned...
