    Its from the holder (jst above the cladding) i think ill have to take one of the pannels down to see whats going on above. hopefully its not some rat or something nibbling away at the wire :S

    No this is the same lamp/holder used for more than 5years. I also tried changing the bulb and get same issue. Might try a non LED bulb to see if the issue exists on that I think the connector above the cladding may have become lose

    I just tried wired everything together and it worked, connected the thermostat to wifi and tested it, it was turning my heating on and off etc. So then I took it all off, to wire the thermostat and everything correctly to the wall etc, but now my boiler is on S.39 - which according to the manual...

    thanks for the quick reply, well the boiler was working but then it suddenly decides not to work. but yesterday i was looking around it and then put all the switches of the timer thing off and then put the heating on and it worked so i think its a dogdy timer.
