Hi, I am in the process of buying a converted victorian property and the survey has revealed the hot water tank has been installed lying on its side in the roof space. My questions are Is this common practice? Should I be concerned ? Any advice appreciated... :?

Hello I have the above combi boiler which had hot water issues(i.e. none) 6months ago which I figured out was due to a faulty rubber diaphragm in the divertor valve assembly -when replaced all was well for a while but now I only can get properly hot water when the central heating is active...
