Where it shows replies is odd anyway - they appear to be at the foot of the page you're on, even if that's not the end of the last page of the topic.

I think I have the solution. The issue (I hope) is that when you reply using the quick reply box, the cursor sometimes stays in the reply box. When in a text box the browser changes the locations for the Home/ End buttons to relate to that. If you then click anywhere outside of the reply box so that it loses focus (and you can't type into it anymore) the navigation buttons regain their original focus. I will look into what can be done to unfocus the text reply box once a reply has been made.
Just testing what happens when you quote a post.
The cursor stays in the Quick Reply box and Home/End does nothing!
If you are in the process of replying, the Home and End keys do what they should.
Once you've posted your reply the Home and End keys do what they should.
