Hello folks.

This has been asked before but some products have been discontinued and new ones introduced. I am after some up to date advice/recommendations for underlay with integrated DPM/vapour barrier.

This is for a ground floor lounge with extension in 1980 built house. Original lounge is marley tiles, extension is concrete levelled to the surface of the tiles. The tiles are in good nick and probably best left as-is. No damp problems but I've read that an underlay with DPM is still a good idea (belt + braces).

Thanks in advance!

Thank you, dazlight. Much appreciated.

I had a look at QA Products and ProTech looks excellent for damp protection. The QA Timbertech 2 Silver Plus for the same price has better thermal insulation and still claims moisture protection. Do you think I could "get away" with this instead?
