you have 3 modes, SAB, LC, SCB....... SAB loudest uses most current, Low current uses less current lose about 2dB SCB lose about 6dB, or get the E version.

In the manual it tells you about the current drawn for each of these options. If you test it in alarm you should know what you have to play with.

once again thanks secureiam for the useful information, you should charge a consultancy fee for the help you give on these forums :D
 
feel free to pay me....lol there is no fee for the posts, there are some great engineers on here with experience on many different systems over many years. Not sure some people realise what a great resource this forum is and politeness and patience will get you a lot of expert help/guidance.

I am sure like many others on here they are contacted directly due to the posts made and get some paid work out of it.

Too true, you, sparkymark, galaxy guy and a few others regulars. As an ex spark myself I now seem to now have sad interest in alarms o_O (have to keep adding to my system) and have been a regular reader for the past 18 months and seen some rude asshole come and go!
