Can anybody recommend a supplier for mdf pre painted skirting boards 12cm h, 18mm thickness , 4m length. Does quality of mdf vary? Tnx

Not going to recomend them (yet) as I have only just ordered them today and so I am waiting from them to arrive : http://mdfskirtingworld.co.uk
I selected them as I needed >4m lengths, they manufacture them on site so I could order exact height that i needed and they provided me with samples.
No idea if the two types of MDF are different, and had no choice as the >4m lengths were only in what they class as the superior type of MDF.
For this site the items to watch out for is that all prices are exc VAT (and this does not seem to be detailed until you hit the basket), and delivery from order is 3to5 days (the next day delivery was for me too expensive).
Also all the web skirting web sites (again in my opinion) do not clearly show the height of the 'detail' (the cut-out bit at the top) in proportion the height of the skirting board, which was a pain for me as I needed the tallest detail possible.
