Leaking Hardwood Door & Frame

We've just had a new door and frame fitted, there is currently no seal along the bottom as part of the frame kit and we're getting rain trickling in via the water running down the front of the door either side of the weather bars and getting in in the corners.

I've bunged a little bit of foam strip as a temp fix but looking for a more permanent solution

Any suggestions?

into which bit of the cill would that go? I can't picture it

Also as the frame's obviously already fitted its going to be almost impossible to get an appropriate channel routed into it
