VISCONIC POWERMAX PROBLEMS

I have a Powermax system that is connected to the Nextalarm monitoring service via Nextalarm broadband adapter. I keep getting the message "communication failure" on my panel. I have changed out all the cables connecting to alarm,internet and broadband adapter. I have reenrolled all sensors;for some reason the alarm panel will not send the signal to the broadband adapter;the adapter will sent a signal itself to the monitoring station it taken on or offline. /What could keep the panel from sending the signal to the adapter?Please help me with this problem,I have had this systems for some time and never had any trouble!

If a system has a communication failure, the communicator or the line is usually the issue.

Your saying if you take it off line or online the signal is sent, has the programing changed?
 
Disable CS reporting if enabled, try private reporting using phone line to your mobile, if when you activate you can hear alarm using phone line then line is ok.
