Hi all,
We want to lay a Victorian style mosaic tiling in our hallway about 3m long. The floorboards are 2cm thick and the tiles will be 1cm thick.
What's the best way of doing this? If I cut the floorboards out and lay 15mm ply say, they will be raised by a good 8mm with the adhesive. Is this just the way it has to be be or is there a way of getting it flush when it joins the floorboards?
Thanks
