Thanks for the tips and suggestions everyone :) -B&Q only had MK and another make with the terminals wrong way round, so I'll try Volex via some electrical wholesalers-maybe they will know who sells them or sell me one. Crimping I'll leave as a last resort.

My failed old 'Nettle' brand double wall socket has connection terminals the opposite way round to MK sockets. ie the cables embedded in the wall won't stretch to the correct terminals as the terminals on modern MK units are switched round to opposite ends of the socket. Does anyone know of a...
