    He hasn't charged me for the pump or expansion vessel, he changed them back over when he realised they made no difference. He now thinks maybe it's the heat sensor?

    And the saga goes on.....plumber has finished flushing the system and changed the diverter valve. There is hot water back to the boiler now. But the system cuts out still at two bar??? Anyone got any more ideas????

    I don't think he has checked the diverter valve compheat. I noticed yesterday while he was running the boiler again, the radiators were getting warm??

    Changed the pump. Still the same. So he's powerflushing the system another day as the return pipe back to the boiler was still stone cold. Any thoughts?

    The plumber says he phoned Worcester up and they reckon it's the pump?? I'll post the outcome when it's fixed.

    Thanks compheat, The pressure gauge is at one bar, as you said. When I put the heating on it runs ok for awhile, with a slight slow increase in pressure. Then all of a sudden it rises quickly (about 10secs) to 2 bar. Then goes off, the pointer on the gauge flickers/jumps a couple of times...

    I got the choice of a Worster bosch 30si or a 30cdi. I got 11 radiators over a four bedroom house and one bathroom, but hopefully put an on-suite in a bedroom. Will the 30si be ok?? Thanks, Banjo13.
