    tiles coming loose on wooden floor

    When i did my kitchen i ripped up the floorboard and relaid with 3/4 flooring ply. the floor was solid with little give as the rafters where secure. Then laid ceramic tiles on them. Now one came loose and gradually the whole floor is loosening?.........I realise i have to strip out the tiles...

    emulsioned walls felling tacky/sticky to the touch

    Went to see an estimate and guy had painted the walls of his toilet.before it had been ok ....now they feel tacky sticky to the touch. I assumed it was because he used old paint or that he didn't prepare correctly The room is downstairs, its one end of the house and next to a bath/shower...
