John/Dave Any ideas on were i get i picture/diagram of the diverter valve and where on the boiler it is located :?: On a scale of 1-5....1 being easy....5 being hard to someone who has zero plumbing skills how hard a job would you say it is. Liz

Hi Today i have turned my hot water tap and no hot water. The heating is working fine. The Worcester 240 combi boiler is approx 13 yrs old. Could any one give me any advice on what is the likely cause. And is it fixable without a plumber call out. many thanks Liz
