    Hello By Spout I assume you mean the end of the tap. I have attached a photograph of the end of the tap and this already has a fitting. Also end of tap is more of a square shape not the same shape as the part in question which is round. Is this still where it needs to go? Thanks

    Its right in the line of where a concrete post should be inserted. If I put the fence line back away from this hole I will be in next doors neighbours garden.
