    I recently purchased a Bosch sprayer for £120 and it's bloody marvellous. Covered my fence (30ft long) in 2 hours and have now moved on to emulsion. It's the masking that takes the time not the machine

    Chainsaws get bad rep and usually it's down to the user. Either the correct safety wear wasn't worn or common sense wasn't applied. I mean a Nissan Micra is dangerous if used incorrectly!

    Chainsaws nowadays are completely safe. Kickbacks are a thing of the past and the only reason they did exist is because of blunt blades. The new ones from Stihl are incredible

    Obviously this doesn't apply to floorboards. I used to like wood until we had our floorboards stripped, bluddy noisy. Looks nice and maybe it's cleaner but totally unforgiving for little ones. Carpet for me i'm afraid.
