Hi all I need to bead some corners (internal & external) but the problem being the angle is something like 30 degrees & the normal 45 degree metal beading doesn't seem flexible enough to bend. I've seen the metal jointing tape & this would solve my problem, but i've read that it's not that...

I did think that, but then i have cold water supply although hot water would freeze quicker. Is there anything i can do if thats the case :shock:

Hi all, I've got a saunier duval f24e boiler. I know they're a pile of ****e, but i'm stuck with it for now. Basically when i turn hot water on the boiler fires up ok but then turns off after 20 seconds or so, then re-lights again 20 sec.. off again...so on & so on. So the water never reaches...

I've tested the expansion vessel & no water comes out at all, re-pressurised it & although i've taken water out of the system, i'm not sure how much ie.possible false pressure reading......got it working again last nite/today (lowered temp settings) & checked pressure return valve & it was...

It only drips when i fill but no matter what i do it stays at 1 bar. I've let some air out of expansion vessel & dosent appear to be any water coming out. I got it running again today for a few hours but alas its back to flashing fault. Could it be a combination of expansion tank needing...

Thanks for replying Micky, Its dripping out of rpz but nothing major bout a teaspoon if that & no water out prv outside either..??

Don't know but it fired up & ran for at least an hour until it reached temp despite it staying at 1 bar...??. Its back to flashing red now, the filler does put water but it'll slow & stop after 10 secs or so as though its full but bar gauge still doesnt move from 1 bar. Could it be the water...

Anyone know what problem could be, i've got it working again at mo. :?

Hi Kev, Thanks for your reply, looking at the manual its the 'reduced pressure zone valve' where it appears to be dripping, which sits next to the 'prv'. When i drain some water off it stops dripping. Could the prv still be part of the problem.
