Excuse my interest in this thread. I have one of these stats and I'm having real problems. Is it possible that incorrect wiring (as in pics above for example) could cause boiler lock out / ignition failures. I've only had the stat about 3 months which is when when all my problems started...

Hi Any advice on a (still) unresolved problem that has so far seen five BG service call outs, a replacement thermistor(?), a new pump and new PCB, would be greatly appreciated. I recently had a roomstat fitted on advice of BG. Until then relied on timer and TRVs. Had no problem until then...
