Hi Since i've had this boiler serviced i've got this annoying noise ,like whistling .It doesn't happen when the heating is on ,or when you turn a hot tap on only when we have a shower ,the pressure is about 2 bar everything else seems ok just the whistling noise any advice thanks neil

hi thanks for the replys ,yes tried other high powered items ie hoover ,kettle ,oven (micro) none of these trip the rcd in other plug sockets ,plug the new washers in rcd trips ,and tried it in other plug sockets and it trips rcd

Hi I tryed last night ,we had nothing switched on only the washer and it tripped ,so only had the washer on the circuit

Hello We have had 2 of these machines now both brand new ,the problem is that as soon as we plug them in and switch on they trip the rcd ,We have never had a problem with the old washer ,or the rcd tripping at all ,any idea cheers neil

Hi Just had a replcement washer sent yesterday ,plugged it in ,rcd tripped ,reset the rcd ,and the washer was fine ,so i plugged it in again for about 15 times and it didnt trip ,then it did ,so intermitinent ,well its going back again ,what could the problem be ,cheers neil

Hi Thanks for the replys ,well i have just tried the new washer plugged into a differant wall socket and it still trips the rcd ,so i think theres a problem with the washer ,what do you reckon cheers neil

Hi Its Brand new ,and only blows the first time you plug it in ,then you reset and the washers fine doesnt blow again till next time

Hi Thanks for the reply I've just gave the drum a shake ,and it moves freely and makes knocking noise ,can not take the back of yet as I'm layer up with a dodgy back ,do you think I should bite the bullet and buy a new one ,any Advice on make ,like I said this machine is over 5yrs old once...

Hi I have just turned the drum by hand And it does have a slight grinding noise But there is no movement up or down ,if I rock the drum there is a knocking sound ,what do you think also thanks for your input Cheers neil

my washing machine keeps coming up error code 8E it stops washing and the drum starts grinding then it releases and continues the cycle will this be an expensive job to fix? thank you

Hello Im having a problem with my samsung q1433s washing machine. the appliancde is around 5 years old,when on a cycle the drum seems to judder then turns ,it has allso stearted to stop with a code displated wich is e8 ,this means its overloaded when it isnt ,any ideas to what is the problem...

The flue was a baxi one ,it came with all fittings ,installer has fitted to there instructions ie brackets every 1.8 mtr apart ,when i checked it it was solid When i checked the baxi installation manuel on the prv pipe it doesnt state it has to be copper ,just of a material that will withstand...

Thanks for the info guys, Now that the flue is supported more ,do i need to worry about the prv pipe work ,looked on line and seen lots of images that show exactly what my installer has done ,so he his not the only one ,thanks guys

Hi I've checked the flue and it's fine really sturdy I've braced it with metal straps so it's going no were it did have a service last year the installer checked it first service free so then took out the extra warranty with baxi I've spoke to the lad who installed it and he said as the...
