hello i am about to change the clutch on a proton 1.3 (j reg) are there any pointers to make the job easier,as i have only changed clutches on rear wheel drive cars before. thanks in advance.

there is no immobilser. I have spent the best part of the day testing the wiring and it all seems ok. but there is a strange thing going on with the wiring as when i put a direct live from the battery to test anything the wire is not live but when i short the battery it is ok.

can anyone help. my dad has an audi 80 18e on a j plate (1990 i think) that is refusing to engage the starter motor and the fuel pump.i have checked the fuses and relays and they seem ok.the starter was taken out and tested of the car and seems to work fine.i was just wondering whether there is...

the drum on my indesit wg820 wont spin or go round in rinse mode i have taken the back off to check the belt and it all seems ok when i rotate it by hand. it also drains ok so i have eliminated the pump being faulty all suggestions would be appreiciated.

are there any parts from other vehicles that fit on a proton 1.3gl 1992 the reason i ask is that a while back it took me 3 weeks to get a starter many thanks in advance

i myself was thinking about doing just that. the cooker point is unused it is using 6mm cable which goes straight into the fusebox which uses just a button on each fuse
