Looks like the heater relay is faulty. Set the programme to B (90C) started to fill up, NO voltage to the heater. Once filled up the drum started to turn, still no voltage to the heater. Programmer ticking and clicking away but not moving round towards C. STUCK. Just doing the same thing over...

I have had another look at the grey thermostat. Is the 3 terminals 1 common, 1 N/O contact and 1 N/C contact? i sat the thermostat in some hot water and heard the bi-metal strip click but i got a circuit between the same 2 terminals as when it was cold. Faulty thermostat?

Hi Zipper, machine info: Prod No 914780083. Type P6296304. Ser No 45001593. Wiring looks and test ok. There is what i think is 2 thermostats, a black one and a grey one (see photo).The black one has 2 terminals, checked continuity and getting a circuit. The grey one has 3 terminals, again...

Thanks for your reply, I removed the heater element, it looked ok and resistance was 23 ohms. fitted it back in and set the machine to programme C. it took about 30 seconds to start, as it was filling up the water again was stone cold and i checked the voltage at the heater terminals and it was...
