I'm looking to upgrade our CH controls. At the moment we have a Danfoss 103 mechanical timer, which controls a back boiler with gravity feed. I'm looking at getting a digital timer with a 7 day function so we have more control over our heating as the current one just is'nt good enough...

Hi I'm wanting to replace my mixer tap in the kitchen with a monobloc mixer. Will I need to use check valves with the tap tails that came with the tap? Also what are they? (plumbing novice) Cheers in advance

I've tried the cold water pressure trick but has'nt changed anything. But I've noticed some brown deposits in the water now. Limescale build up?

The hot water in our house has recently lost all flow pressure. When I first turn the tap the water comes out with normal pressure then once it's warm the flow slows down to a trickle. There is also a trickling sound coming from the pipes that lead to/from the cylinder when the tap is open...
