    The old system had an analogue dial downstairs and timer upstairs that's why I kept it upstairs but would really like two controls I know what you mean now it would keep the ch on always trying to heat both areas I just wanted to be able to switch on and off from downstairs aswell.

    15mm from combi to 22mm?

    Has only been measured at tap 20 ltr min so maybe more from the main stop cock yes has 22mm all the way to boiler then reduces to 15.
