I have a hot water tank in one of my bedrooms which heats the water up for my hot water. It is also supposed to heat radiators up, but doesn't seem to be doing so on a morning. I've got it set on a timer 6.30am until 8.30am then comes on at 12pm for 1 hour then in evenings at 5.30pm til 8.30pm...
