Hi, I'm building a 12x8 shed/summer house on a slope so its on 6 concrete pillars with concrete lintels across them. The shed floor will be 5x2's or 6x2's joists with 18mm ply on top and and then a laminate floor (which I had spare). Do you think I need a damp proof membrane as its 6 inches...
