How much is the panel+keypad - Internet connected with GSM? What's the app called?

Just wondering if a reasonably priced 'modern' remote keypad, wired alarm with internet connectivity / phone app and integrated GSM 'if all else fails' exists?? I've searched till green in the face! :mrgreen:
