After I put down a 200mm insulation in my loft, is it OK to then board over the top. Are there any condensation/moisture issues, do I need to let it breath? Thanks.

Hi All, I currently stripping wallpaper from plasterboard, and it's becoming a bit messy. Not all the wallpaper comes off and in parts a bit of the board strips off. What's the best way to approach this? Just strip and then skim over with plaster? Thanks for any advice.
