it is an upstairs rad in question, i guess it could be pretty close to the pump without lifting the floorboards up, i don't know.

I've just looked at the header tank and thats got water in it ok, the ball cocks working also.......and to the earlier question, yes, water does eventually come out of the radiator (i do switch off the pump first so no air is being sucked in).

yes, inside the bowl.......its never happened before, just in the past 2-3 weeks there has been a considerable difference.......may look down the sewer drain in the garden to see if anything has happened down there to cause a pressure drop.

Over the last few weeks, i've noticed that the water level in my upstairs toilet has dropped about half inch from the norm, can anyone shed any light on why it would do that. The downstairs is still ok.
