    Loose kitchen tap

Hi guys, I have not long had a new kitchen tap fitted but it has come loose (it moves about with a little hand pressure) I tried tightening the screw in the picture but it didn't seem to do anything? Do I need a box spanner? and do I need to isolate the water before doing the work? Thanks

    Screw coming through the felt

Hi, I have had my ridge tiles converted from mortar to dry ridge. I have since noticed in the attic that a screw which I think comes from the conversion has come through the felt (outside to inside) It hasn't tore it, just gone straight through. Will this cause any future issues? Thanks

    General settlement advice

Hi all, I have recently moved into a house (built in the 1960s) and it has a down stairs extension which we think was built in 1980's. Now when we viewed it we noticed a crack between the main structure and the extension which runs vertically down the mortar joints. We payed for a RICs home...
