Hi Sorry for any crap terminology! I have a Upvc door that has dropped badly, and the only way to open and close it is to lift the whole door up so the pin is virtually out of the hinge. I've tried adjusting the grub screws, but makes no difference. Has anyone got any ideas on what I can do...
