Dropped Upvc door

Sorry for any crap terminology!

I have a Upvc door that has dropped badly, and the only way to open and close it is to lift the whole door up so the pin is virtually out of the hinge.

I've tried adjusting the grub screws, but makes no difference.

Has anyone got any ideas on what I can do to fix?

Adjust the hinges or replace the hinges with a better type.

Can you post a pic of the door and hinges and we may be able to help with the adjustment.
...and where has the door dropped, is one side worse than the other?
If the side furthest from the hinge has dropped, you may need to 'toe and heel' the door - plenty of information on YouTube!
