    Advice please - Baxi Combi 105e

    It's probably coming from the Hot water sensor / Thermistor, there's a fibre sealing washer and they leak from this joint, had a few of them do this, I normally take the sensor out, bin the washer and use PTFE tape on it. the trickiest bit is getting the small electrical plug off and on again.

    wall heater not working properly

    Does it have a restrictor elbow on the gas supply to it, a chrome (normally) elbow with a screw in the top of it, if so the maintenance screw which is under the top cap sealing screw may have wound itself down and be restricting the gas supply to the fire.

    baxi bahama 100

    It's the flow switches, there's two, a heating one and a h/water one, It's probably the heating one thats at fault but change them both to be on the safe side. Heating one has a spring on it that has to be reused, hot water one does not have a spring.
