Shock Arrestor - Repressurize I have a shock arrestor fitted on the mains feed just beneth the boiler which needs repressurizing, is it just a case of turning off the stop tap, turning on the taps to drain the water and then pumping up the device

They wont move, rock solid... i squirted some wd40 and still no joy after 24hrs

Hello, I really could do with some help in repressuring a veissman vitopend 100, had to remove some radiators for decorating, all now reconected... went to the boiler and dont see how to fill? the two taps under the boiler dont seem to move at all I have attatched photos for reference
