Hello I have recently had my leaking flat roof above a bay window replaced. The builder has put down lead and sloped it so water collects at the back and should drain off to one side, but there is now a puddle at least 5mm deep on the roof, against the wall of the house. Should I be worried...

Good point - Any risk of it leaking if I do that? Also it is okay to use the old cold feed hose (6 years old)

Am getting a new cold-fill washing machine and was wondering what to do with the redundant hot feed hose. I presume I can just disconnect it but what do I cover the valve with?
