No I can't see any markings I am going to get a new belt Monday.If I put the newbelt on and is still the same will it cause any more damage. The van drives the same. As before but just a little louder though thanks pete

Yes it's that set up I can see cam marking. I havetaken crankshaft pulley off but not sure of markings. Is there a mark for pump as well thanks for your help

most likley the dhw heat exchnger.Is it the the turbo max with green buttons.These do block up and it will effect the hot water,its quite a easy job to do if you are pretty handy peter

the water throttle at the bottom of the 3 way and change the clappet valve,this is under 3 way and pushes up on 3 way peter

hi where abouts are u i can let u have pump ,pcb ,3 way clappet new thermisters and any other parts near enough all to rebuild boiler

try changing the heating and hot water thermistors we have these go alot .Change both .easy job as well and no real expense.Also fault on these are the clappet valve which the 3 way sits on top of,if you are struggling to get any parts i have many parts for these just let me know thanks pete

hi trying to remove from 1.9d van.how do you relase the tension from belt .i think i have found the wheel that is the tension but how to move i havent a clue any help would be great thanks pete

have you tried sync the roomstat and reciever.Is it a drayton make.
