Thank Bribhoy, I appreciate your help. I have just tapped the relay, changed the fuse and it seems to be working now and the relay is not buzzing. Fingers crossed.

When I switch the Boilermate over to Emergency Hot Water and Heating I get both so I just assumed that all the pumps (there are 3 of them) are all working OK. Is there a way I can check to see? I appreciate your patience with me !!

No leaks anywhere. Pumps all working ok. I wondered whether the relay on the ACB was dodgy and could have blown the fuse.

I have a Boilermate 2000 which keeps blowing a fuse on the Appliance Control Board. The board has been "buzzing" lately and has got progressively worse over a number of weeks then the fuse blew. 2 guys came to fix it, charged me over £100 to replace a 2A fuse. It has been ok for about 3 weeks...
