Hello Lads, I have been called to a Buderus 800 (43kw) Lpg Gas Boiler that once or twice a day back fires and makes 4 or 5 very loud bangs before going in to lock out, gas pressure and settings look okay to me, the boiler really rattles on the wall as it's making these loud bangs, any ideas...

only sparks for 2 seconds and stops before gas can ignite,power stays on spark generator for up to 10 seconds but no spark,any ideas would be very helpfull,kind regards wesley.

can anybody explain why the flow switch spindle fails to come out far enough to reach the micro-switch,i have cleaned the spindle and check the diaphram and all is ok,pump runs ok and system pressure is 1.5bar,i would be very greatful for any help,thank you,wes.
