it says i have to work out the system volume then add 90 litres & the expansion size is 4% of the total volume....just how do i work out the volume?

im installing an unvented heating system but am unsure of the size of the expansion chamber on the heating side i should use...is there a simple system of working this out? i know i have got to work out the total pipe length & size & the size of the radiators etc...but if someone could tell me...

I'm assuming that the HW really does work as expected with CH turned off and CH works when HW not drawn. When HW is drawn with CH on, you say the water is cold but does hot water continue to flow around the central heating circuit? **yes the hot water continues to flow around the heating...

its an isar 24 ....the diverter valve is red when the heating is on & turn the tap for hot water the display does read d...but water comes through hot for a couple of seconds...then goes cold

have a problem with an ideal he24 combi boiler....when set in hot water mode & the heating is off...the hot water can be drawn throuth the tap fine.....but when you have the c/h on & you require hot water all you are getting is cold water...could this be that the diverter valve is not...

a friend has a glow worm 24ci non condensing boiler....when he tries to fire it up it flashes F 13....which looking on the fault list says main board fault!!! does this mean a new pcb???
