    the builders dug a decent trench for the dwarf wall (500mm wide x 750mm deep approx) and now filled with concrete leaving about 250mm to the original garden level waiting for the crush n run / membrane etc to be laid. But... this trench is about 750mm short of the house on both sides? Any reason...

    Not 100% correct electrical advice.

    . So if it only has 2 x cables in then it's ok to chuck another one in as a "spur"? What if it's already a spur with a spur off it?? Surely the ring integrity needs to be established properly first. This can't be done by just simply having a quick look inside.
