Woke up this morning to a damp patch on the downstairs ceiling. Lifted floorboards and found a leaking joint. Water running along the length of the ceiling and thankfully not holding in one spot. Plumber came back and repaired.

Hi Having a L.F. fitted next week along with Gas C.H. Plumber says Limestone marks and stains easily and should be treated, shop where bought want £20 for small bottle of sealant. Will don't mind paying £20 if this is the norm but could I buy something from my local Builders merchant...
