    You need to run a 1.5mm² twin and earth from the C.U. to the first smoke alarm and then 1.5mm² three core and earth from the first alarm in a daisy chain to each subsequent alarm. Make sure all cables are run with in safe zones if they are to be concealed within the fabric of the building...

    You don't use dual RCD boards on commercial jobs. What makes you think all circuits will require RCD protection anyway? Schneider is the only make of board to use on commercial installations. Are you sure you're really competent to be undertaking this job?

    A PIR is and has always been carried out to the current version of BS7671 An installation like yours with fused neutrals and no PEBs is not just unsatisfactory, it is down right dangerous.

    Depending on the wiring type and where the circuit is installed, an RCD might not be required at all, so may not need any code on a PIR
