Shock from toaster while in the bath

just been in the bath and been getting shocks from the case of my toaster onto my wrist, didnt happen to my fingers though, just got out now, unplugged it tried touching it and no shock...

Am I really stupid?

Yes you are shockingly stupid, it is well known that doing this makes your toast very soggy.

It is better to balance your toaster on a flimsy piece of wood over the bath so that it does not dip into the water.

Try the shower instead, it does not make the toast as soggy.

I hate soggy toast.

its probably the hair straitners or waffle maker reacting with the bath salts
you could probably look it up on your pc as i suspect your laptop is also faulty :eek: :eek: :eek:

When you plugged it in was it plugged in to the bath waste or was it to a very extra low voltage socket-outlet?
I have heard the George Foreman grill has a much better IP rating.
