We have replaced five of six radiators upstairs, leaving four downstairs untouched for now. (Gas boiler downstairs, cold and hot tank in the loft.) Plumber put in the new valves and fittings, but due to ease of decorating behind the rads we have only now connected and filled the new ones...

Just moved into a Victorian terrace. Whole CH system a bit antiquated, we were hoping it would last until we could combine it with a planned extension and rejig. Set up is a cold water tank immediately over a smallish 110(?) litre hot water cylinder in the loft (which has been converted)...
