I have a HOTPOINT FDL570 dishwasher and now the tablet/powder section does not open when on a cycle. So machine does not clean at all as tablet never released.

My builder has just added the lead flashing from the joining wall of the extension to cover the tiled roof along side. On the plans it stated STEPPED FLASHING but he has done this as a streight diagonal down the room/tile line. Is this acceptable?

If it has a foam underside it is acrylic. Also the weight will tell you what it is made of. Resin ones are a lot heavier
