tundish; leak

The tundish to the discharge pipe below the Pressure Relief Valve and TPR Valves on my Potterton Powermax HE boiler is slowly dripping out the side (pic attached). Which I'm not even sure how that's possible? :confused: It's also dripping through the usual point but it seems a little slower...
